Recomark measures how AI assistants (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews) mention and recommend brands, and provides recommendations and materials ("fix packs") aimed at improving that visibility. Results reflect real AI answers at the time of the check.
AI systems change constantly and are outside our control. We honestly measure and re-measure your visibility, but we cannot and do not guarantee any specific score, ranking, or business outcome.
You may only check websites you own or are authorized to analyze for lawful purposes. Automated scraping of our service, abuse of free checks, or resale of reports without a partnership agreement is prohibited.
Recomark is sold as a subscription: Lite ($49 per month), Pro ($99 per month) and Pro Annual ($990 per year). Each plan includes a set number of full reports per month and weekly monitoring; the exact allowance is shown on the pricing page and in your account.
Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period — monthly for Lite and Pro, yearly for Pro Annual — and you are charged the then-current price until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time from Manage subscription in your account, which opens the billing portal of our merchant of record. Cancelling stops future charges; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate unused time within a period, except where required by law.
If a price changes, the new price applies only to renewals after we have told you.
Every first payment is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee — email hello@recomark.com and we refund in full, no questions asked. Renewal charges are refundable if you were billed after cancelling, or by agreement with us. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 3 months.
