When you run a check, we collect: the website address you submit and technical data (IP address, used for rate limiting). If you arrive from an advertisement, we may record advertising attribution parameters (such as click identifiers and UTM tags) to measure which campaigns bring visitors. If you purchase, your email address is collected by our checkout provider. Reports are generated from publicly available information: your website's public pages and public answers of AI assistants.
Your email is used to deliver your report and, if you opt in, product updates. We do not sell personal data. Aggregated, anonymized statistics (e.g. industry-level AI visibility trends) may be used in our research and content.
Payments are processed by our merchant of record; we never see or store your card details.
Reports and associated emails are retained while your account or report links remain active. To delete your data, email hello@recomark.com — we will remove it within 30 days.
We use Yandex Metrica to understand how visitors use our site — traffic sources, page interactions, and, via Webvisor, anonymized session recordings and heatmaps — so we can improve it. Metrica sets cookies and may process this data on Yandex's servers. We do not use it for third-party advertising. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or opt out using Yandex's opt-out tools.
