You can cancel a subscription at any time; access remains active until the end of the paid period. If you were charged by mistake (e.g. you cancelled but were still billed), contact us and we will refund the erroneous charge in full.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
