Your first payment on any plan is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If the reports aren't useful to you for any reason, email hello@recomark.com within 14 days of that payment and we will refund it in full.
Plans renew automatically — monthly for Lite and Pro, yearly for Pro Annual — until you cancel.
To cancel, open Manage subscription in your account. It takes you to the billing portal of our merchant of record, where you can cancel in a couple of clicks. Cancelling stops future charges and keeps your access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
If you prefer, email us and we will cancel it for you the same business day.
If you were billed after cancelling, or a renewal went through by mistake, contact us and we refund it in full. Beyond that, renewals are not automatically refundable — but if a renewal caught you off guard and you have not used the reports in that period, write to us: we would rather refund you than keep money you did not mean to spend.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
